what it entails

Volunteering at our adoption center is a great way to get involved without the big time commitment of fostering. You get hands on experience caring for cats and you play a direct role in finding the perfect family for our kitties.

Scheduling is flexible and easy! You must be 18 years of age or older and you are only required to give 1-2 hours of your time per week. You will need to attend a volunteer training with your center manager before your first solo volunteer shift.

When volunteering at an adoption center, you will provide the following:

• Cleaning kennels

• Caring for cats and kittens

• Socializing and play time

• Meet & Greets with potential adopters
