Thank you for adding a Little Lion to your heart and home! We hope the materials and information you received at the time of adoption have been helpful while your new companion pet settles into your home.

We are asking all adopters to complete this post-adoption survey an effort to improve services in an effort to continue improving our adoption process. The following Post-Adoption Follow-Up Survey is designed to discover how you felt about our adoption process so we can provide the best service to future adopters and to make sure the animals are successfully adjusting to their new homes.
